About AGRIZONE Pneumatic Planter

The AGRIZONE Pneumatic Planter is a high-precision, tractor-operated planting machine designed for modern farming needs. It uses advanced pneumatic (air pressure) technology to place seeds and fertilizers at a uniform depth and distance. This ensures excellent seed germination, strong seedling growth, and ultimately, higher crop yields. It is ideal for sowing a variety of hybrid seeds such as maize, sunflower, mustard, chickpeas, mung beans, urad, and other pulses.

The machine features a maintenance-free Cardan shaft drive system that guarantees reliable and accurate movement during operation. Its parallel linkage system is mounted on replaceable metallic bushes and comes with a standard adjustable down pressure spring, allowing smooth movement even over uneven fields. For tougher soil conditions, an optional short-type soil closer is available to ensure better seed coverage.

The Pneumatic Planter comes with a 40-liter high-resistance polyethylene seed hopper and a separate fertilizer hopper, allowing long hours of operation without frequent refilling. This saves time, labor, and diesel costs during the sowing process. The fertilizer hopper is also made of durable polythene material, resistant to corrosion and weather conditions. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a single or double hydraulic row marker system to maintain straight sowing lines easily from the tractor seat.

Depth adjustment is simple and efficient. The working depth can be easily set between 1 cm to 10 cm according to field and crop requirements, using the wheel adjuster system. The rear rubber press wheel ensures proper soil covering and firming around the seed for better soil contact and moisture conservation.

The coulters (openers) are specially designed to match seed size and made from Nihard cast iron, providing three times longer life compared to conventional materials. Each seed coulter ensures gentle soil opening without damaging the seed, helping with precise seed placement. Standard soil closers and a coulter-type fertilizer opener are included to guarantee proper fertilizer application alongside seeding.

For farmers' ease, the Pneumatic Planter also features two sets of seeding discs, a heavy-duty PTO shaft, and an area counter to track the sown field area. The complete machine has been tested and approved by the Government of India (Ministry of Agriculture), ensuring its performance, safety, and reliability.

Unlike traditional sowing methods like manual sowing, bullock-drawn drills, or simple tractor seeders that cause uneven seed and fertilizer distribution, the AGRIZONE Pneumatic Planter offers precision and efficiency. Its advanced system places seeds accurately at the desired depth and spacing, improving the chances of uniform germination and strong seedling growth, leading to maximum crop productivity.
