Agrizone GRIZO PRO Rotavator is a multi-speed agricultural implement engineered for high-performance soil cultivation. Designed for compatibility with 30 to 80 HP tractors, it operates via the Power Take-Off (PTO) system, which efficiently utilises 70–80% of the engine’s power—significantly higher than traditional wheel traction systems. Available in working widths ranging from 4 to 10 feet, this rotavator features high-quality boron steel blades for enhanced durability and longer operational life. It is capable of pulverising soil up to a depth of 5 to 7 inches in a single pass, enabling optimal seedbed preparation with reduced passes, fuel consumption, and mechanical strain on the tractor.

The GRIZO PRO Rotavator is equipped with a heavy-duty, oil-immersed side gear and main gear drive system, ensuring long-term reliability under varying soil conditions. A heavy-duty multispeed gearbox and PTO shaft further enhance its operational flexibility and strength. The machine’s structure includes a reinforced frame and powder-coated finish for superior corrosion resistance, while all moving components are shielded with safety covers for operator protection.

This implement is ideally suited for both individual farmers and custom hiring centers, offering consistent performance, reduced maintenance, and improved soil conditions that contribute to better moisture retention and higher germination rates. 

Multispeed Gear Box

The rotavator comes with a heavy-duty multi-speed gearbox that allows farmers to adjust blade speed according to soil type and crop needs. This flexibility improves efficiency and reduces strain on the tractor.

Heavy Blades

Equipped with special boron steel blades that are heat-treated for extra strength and longer life. These blades can easily handle hard, dry, and rocky soils without bending or breaking.

Heavy PTO Shaft

The rotavator includes a robust PTO shaft designed to transmit high torque smoothly from tractor to implement. It ensures stable performance even under heavy loads and extended working hours.

Powder Coating Paint

The body is powder-coated using oven-baked technology, giving it high resistance against rust, chipping, and weather damage. This finish ensures long-lasting appearance and low maintenance.
